VizzaLights ("We", "Us", "Our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your mobile telephone information. This section outlines our practices regarding text messaging (SMS/MMS), customer consent, frequency, opt-out procedures, and strict data non-sharing commitments in compliance with CTIA and Campaign Registry (A2P 10DLC) standards.

Carrier & Campaign Registry Non-Sharing Mandate

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Message frequency varies based on customer interaction and active project status (typically 1 to 4 messages per service request or active installation phase). Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile wireless carrier.

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any text message received from VizzaLights. Upon sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text confirming your opt-out request, after which no further automated SMS messages will be sent unless you explicitly re-subscribe.
